Cancellation Policy for all Bookings:
Cancellations of confirmed bookings:
- If you cancel up to 3 days(73 hours or more) in advance of your scheduled
departure, there is a free cancellation, and a 100 percent refund is being
processed back to the original form of payment (card ).
- If you cancel less than 3 days (72 hours or less) of the scheduled departure
or for a NON-SHOW there is a 100 percent cancellation fee, your booking is
non-refundable for all participants involved.
- The above cancellation policy applies to all occasions and services sold on
this website, with no exceptions.
In addition, no changes / reschedules are possible 72 hours or less prior to
your scheduled departure.
For your convenience and to avoid any confusion, please make sure your
traveling plans/travel arrangements are in accordance with the tour you have
booked.
For travelers coming on a cruise ship, in case the specific cruise ship of the
travelers is unable to dock due to weather conditions or whatever reason, there
is a free cancellation of the tour, no charges will apply and a full refund
shall be provided immediately to the credit card account attached with
the booking.
Cancellation charges will not apply in case the tour/activity/service is
canceled by the operator.
The operator reserves the right to cancel a tour/service due to unforeseen
weather conditions or unexpected restrictions from the
authorities/circumstances beyond control where a full refund will be provided
to the credit card attached to the booking.
Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend personal travel insurance before taking this trip which may
cover your travels/tours for any unforeseen event such as illness or travel
delays beyond your control.
Please note that 72 hours or less prior to the scheduled departure or for
NON-SHOWS, your booking s non-refundable whereas travel insurance may cover
issues of illness, and travel delays that could cause you to cancel/miss your
departure and practically lose a part or all your money for the services you
have purchased, due to the cancellation policy which is attached to your
booking and implied by the operator of your trip.
Please do consider purchasing travel insurance that will be able to refund you
in full in the above unlikely scenarios.
Terms and Conidtions:
Each tour participant is individually responsible for arriving at the departure
point on time.
Failing to be present at your pickup location at the advised meeting point
location & time without any prior notice, may lead to missing your
complimentary pickup transfer for your booking and you may have to arrive at
the location(s) by your own means of transportation (i.e. taxi).
In the above case, the company will bring no responsibility for additional
transportation charges that may apply from third parties (i.e. taxi) and/or for
missing parts of the experience from the participants.
In case you fail to arrive on time at your meeting point location without prior
notice please note that the tour is considered a NON-SHOW where cancellation
charges will automatically apply as per our cancellation policy for NON-SHOWS.
For your convenience, you are kindly requested to arrive at the advised meeting
point location 5 minutes prior to your departure.

Wine Tours Time-Table:
The wine tour operator reserves the right to alter/shift the time frame of the
tour and switch the locations/wineries/venues with alternate than the ones
advertised, by keeping the exact same offerings as advertised, due to
unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, and slots/tables available at the
tasting rooms of the wineries or venues visited. Your tour might start a little
later or prior to the time advertised online and the venues might differ from
the original itinerary in a continuous effort to provide the best possible
service and to secure a smoother experience for all of our guests. Thank you
for understanding.
In addition, infants, babies, and minors under 17 are not allowed to
participate in our small-group(shared) wine tours due to the nature of the
event (alcohol consumption).
Guests failing to do so will be refused boarding on our wine tours by the staff
of the tours. No refund shall be given in the above case and the tour will
automatically be considered a no-show, where 100% cancellation charges will
apply as per our cancellation policy.
Disclaimer of Liability:
Personal Travel insurance is not included in any of the services sold on this
website.
Each participant is recommended to have their own personal or travel insurance,
for their own convenience.
Our services and vehicles such as cars, minivans, coaches, boats/yachts, and
helicopters involved are insured with liability insurance in case of an
accident.
By participating in any of the services offered on this website you fully
understand and agree that "Zorzos Nikolaos & Ioannis OE ", the
tour operator of all services sold on this website, will bring no liability or
responsibility for the loss of items or personal belongings. Each individual
and every participant in any of the activities offered on this website is
individually responsible for the attention of his personal belongings, as per
the above conditions.

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.
There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.
Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.
We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
